Referral Program

The Astoria Lighting Co Referral Program runs between January and August, and only for our Texas and Utah locations. Please save your referrals until the slower months so we can take care of them and get you some compensation! Thanks!

Permanent Holiday Lighting and Landscape Lighting are products that add tremendous value to a home, and are also a lot of fun! A lot of our customers recognize the exceptional value that our products provide, and a lot of our customers would like to participate in the growth of this market.

We’ve heard you, and we are pleased to offer a new referral program that will allow you to get rewarded when the friends and family that you refer get our products installed! We are offering $50, $80, or $100 Visa cash cards, depending on the size of the job–roughly 2% of the cost of the job–if your referral gets installed before the end of August.

It’s super easy to participate in this program, but we do need you to follow this process so that we can attribute referrals to you BEFORE we go do their quote:

  1. Click on the link below. It will ask for your name and email. This is so we can attribute the lead to you.
  2. You’ll then be invited to either share contact info for your friend with us directly, or copy a referral link and send it to your friends, post it on your neighborhood social media accounts, etc.
  3. If you enter their contact info, it will send that info to us. We will then reach out to contact your friend, so please make sure they know you referred them!
  4. If you copy and send the referral link to friends, the link will invite them to enter a request for a quote, and we will then reach out to them if they request it.
  5. Either way, if they request a quote through your link or sharing their contact info, they will be attributed to you.

Again, please go through this process of sending us your referrals BEFORE we quote them. We won’t be able to process your gift card otherwise.

If you are having any issues with your lights, please follow the steps below:

 

  1. Visit the Gemstone Lights Help Center at https://www.gemstonelights.com/help-support to chat Tech Support, get helpful links and online tutorials, or learn new ways to use your lighting system!
  2. If the issue is with the app or offline controllers that won’t connect, contact Gemstone Lights directly.
    Login issues, timer issues, re-connecting your controller, custom patterns, or other bugs, are best addressed by the software team at Gemstone Lights that builds and services the app. You can chat directly with Gemstone Lights online here:

  3. If the issue is with the hardware, please submit a service request at this link:
